Serena, Luna, and Nell are currently S tier (maybe Bunny too, I have not fucked around with wave eruption yet) but I'd say Gley with RR is currently A tier. Gley is firmly behind Serena, but I wouldn't call her "irrelevant".
"If it's not the absolute best, it's trash" is MMO brainrot way of looking at it.
I personally appreciate Gley's braindead playstyle. If I just want to turn my brain off and shower everything with the Restored Relic, she's my go-to gal. If I am spamming Void Vessel or Axion Plane missions, I might choose Gley over Serena just because you don't even have to aim or do anything. Just sit back and watch everything go boom.
