Does it matter? Super was made with Toriyama on board and was shit. GT was made without Toriyama and it was also shit, but no more shit than Super. Daima was, if we believe the official statements, the most involved Toriyama has been since Z and it was total shit. It seems Toriyama didn't really affect quality, maybe he just didn't care to considering he probably never planned for DB to keep going past Freeza-saga Z.

Considering the money the franchise pulls, you'd think they could get a team of GOOD writers (not just "anime good"), but since Toei knows it will sell regardless we'll get bottom of the barrel slop in both writing and animation.
