As an expat I go to the gym 6am-8am, shower with some good bodywash, then spend 8am to 2pm out and about before heading home. You're going to be out during the hottest part of the day what is wrong with actually caring about your personal hygiene? No wonder this place is filled with sexpats, they probably don't understand the basics of self care.
