And no that 2021 event featured Tamamo and Tamamo Cat not Koyan however in canon Beni Enma teaches cooking classes in the Throne of Heroes, and a lot of the Servants, especially the female Japanese ones, know her from that. Tamamo is one of her students, and Koyan modeled herself after Tamamo, so maybe Koyan was in those classes as well?
