>Avengers start off as Iron Man/Cap/Hulk/Widow/Sentry, and are more militaristic in their way of acting
>they're US-based in the beginning, but they get bigger and more international, with lots of branches and whatnot
>Excalibur is a British team that takes on anything, led by Captain Britain, who's the latest in a long line of Merlin's Champions
The Braddocks are all mutants, part of the Apocalypse line, and that comes into play. Merlin's a wizard alien or something, I haven't decided that. No CBC, that's too dumb, but I'd repurpose the concept.
>Defenders are assembled by Strange, fighting alongside Namor, Herc (instead of Hulk) and a fourth/fifth slot that changes on the story, to take on threats that are too weird for the Avengers, but not occulty enough for the MS
>no Wakanda because fuck your power fantasies for retards
>Panther still exists, as an Egyptian heir to a vast fortune, coming from a long line of Bastet worshippers; it's more of a tradition now than a genuine belief
>he's basically Med/MENA Iron Man with a furry gimmick and who takes part in magic-based stories and has a partnership with Moon Knight
>the Hellstorms are bastards of Mephisto trying to create a link to Earth; might be the AntiChrist(s), are sometimes good, sometimes bad
>Angela isn't a goddamn Asgardian, she descents and claims to be a literal angel; could be, could be a spirit, could a demon, could be anything, I don't think I'd ever answer it truly unless there was an actual ending story
>Spider-Man does whatever, I don't much intend to go in-depth
>Symbiotes are just a leftover bioweapon from some land time forgot and it's never answered; basically Alien 1 Xenos
>Knull is a Kree or something who got his own Symbiote and is some space-farring villain
The design is good enough for a recurring punching bag, but Knull just doesn't work as a name for this type of villain. Neither do Symbiotes. I'd flesh out the Void's demonic aspects more. Cont to X-Men.
