easily Mio/Reine
basically she was created as a magic weapon by siphoning the mana of the world through a magic formula but things went haywire and they nuked the shit out of eastern Asia, they even made spacequakes a thing for years because of the aftermath, basically Mio is the world's mana incarnate, she falls in love with a random kid after getting treated like a human by him, at some point he dies shot by her creator, she then vows to bring him back to life so she literally swallows his corpse, gets pregg with him and gives birth to him, then she distributes her power to 10 other girls so that he can assimilate it easier to become immortal like her, long story short she has rebirthed you and she is also trying to get her power back through you, Reine is her split personality that watches MC from close/afar, there are multiple hints throughout the history that lead to the fact that she's his mother, including her behavior, the fact that she hasn't slept for over 25 years and that she never had a man except one, MC before his rebirth, meanwhile we have stuff like Kurumi - literally wanted to give MC sex to absorb him so that she had even a chance against Mio, Tohka who doesn't know anyone else but MC, Origami whose parents basically were killed but MC helped her part the breaking point, and the others have less important interactions with him on the long run, the most important ships from both fans and the story are Tohka/MC because muh designated pair, Mio/MC because of their past, Kurumi/MC because people like her a lot for her teasing personality, the only half-relevant one is Origami/MC, the rest are filler
