Where are you putting those 1,000 arrows? How are you carrying 4 weeks of rations? Bag of Holding might be the first thing to come to mind, but I think any food or water put into there losing nourishment makes some sense. And if it's the arrows, you're not pulling them out any easier than if they were in a normal backpack.
But in both cases, what if you want to load yourself down with treasure? 500 lbs of coins can add up quickly with a good treasure hoard. And of course if there's no Bag of Holding, that's a lot of food and water to carry.
