I like butt stuff so answers may vary. Yes, it does feel physically good. Metal plugs especially tend to be heavy, so when you walk you can feel the weight of it. Plus, when you sit down the plug pushes further in which feels nice. I’d like to try wearing one on a bumpy car ride. The psychological aspect is definitely there too.
