For me the perfect MMO must be full open world PvP, no factions, but with those two restrictions so there is no griefing. Perhaps also a limit of kills from one player to other, but maybe that's overtuning it.
Also instead of the retarded full dead player loot, you can "pirate" anything the players you kill had. That copy couldn't be sold ofc, just used until broken/ deleted, but between that, no instanced PvP, and getting a little of gold and XP per player kill you'd get both a living and actually fair and fun world PvP in a MMO.
It'll never be done, though, crab bucket mentality killed open world PvP forever, which is a shame because the concept is great.
