Games for this feel?

I'm struggling to find a game that I want, needs to scratch a specific itch.

I want something with at least mildly interesting combat (no turn based, please). Something like OSRS but not turned based and more in depth. I tried Elin and it was ok but it being turn based just turned me off and the combat was not that interesting.

A game I enjoyed was Cross Code (waiting on the sequel to come out). I don't mind longer games and it scratched that singleplayer MMO itch (with the theme being you are trapped in a game) and I liked the item system.

I also would rather not play a souls games. I want something to sink my teeth into. I also used to play the Skyblock gamemode on Hypixel (for Minecraft), and even though the combat isn't crazy I liked the game and the item system (similar to OSRS kind of). I have been playing some anime fighting games and the combat in those is fine but I want a different game.

Last thing I only have a 1650 so nothing too demanding.

Sorry for the messy post, just looking for recommendations since it's the summer sale.
