it was in Calabria, Italy
sandwhich was made from sausage and vegatables ontop of white bread
nothing was visibly wrong and it didnt taste funny
they got food poisoning 12-36 hours later and died in about 2-3 days
it was reported because there have been 20 similar cases in italy in 2 weeks altough only these 4 people died
four Italians died from evil sandwhich
