Yeah, since the account doesnt seem to be made in germany, he should be able to login with VPN. But fuck paying the juice for that.
Also its blocked not because Germany doesnt like the game, but because Nexon refuses to fill out a form which would grant it a proper age rating so the German Steam can be happy.

I kinda wish Nexon would get to do that, but I assume they are too lazy.
