Heath is the usual charge ID from W.corp, while having some defense mixed in, his final coin on his S3 is where the true damage lies, and the immobilize gimmick, works well for what it is, extremely strong in MD with charge + Rupture.
Meursault reaches max hardblood super easy, tons of heals, tons of help to other bloodfiends, can essentially maintain his requirements to spam AoE twice in a row if possible. Extremely good bloodfiend ID on his own right, and to help the others.
