No. A companion is all you can hope for, but the chances are non-existant.

No. While techpriests are a staple in an Inquisitor's retinue they can not become Inquisitors themselves. Mars has its own Inquisition anyway, so a companion is all you're getting.

No. Same as above - abhumans can be part of the retinue but they can not become an inquisitor so you'll get a companion, but won't be able to make your pc one.
