Chile's government was basically installed by us in the 1980's. It is pro-America only to the extent we prop them up economically. Ghana is irrelevant and it is pointless to even mention them.

As for the Saudis, they hate us. They tolerate us because Iran exists, but the Gulf States give Putin a King's welcome and basically blow off Biden/Trump. Moreover, the people in those countries really really hate us even if their monarchy tolerates us.
