If you can stick something in it (finger or paper towel on a stick) and it comes out dry then you're good to go. If you're not going to be using it for a long while definitely give it one more pass even after it's confirmed dry just to be safe. The idea is to make it hostile for bad things to grow since it'll be most likely stored dark and enclosed unless you like putting your onaholes on display.

Suspended congress or a lot of other standing positions with how light they are, those dolls are only about 29lbs/13kg. Aoi-chan clocks in at a whopping 57lbs/25.8kg for reference. Also it seems you have to DIY the hole, neat if you have sleeves that fit.

I'm currently seeing how far a regular cleaning gets you by not touching my Gal Zanmai except for the start of the month only to check it (looking good so far after two months). The other two holes still see regular use though.

For cleaning it doesn't have to be 101% no-hit SSS-rank perfectly professional, but also don't be (intentionally) negligent. Otherwise we would have been forever stuck with disposable Tengas for all eternity... permanently!
