only thing remotely stocked consistently are hotwheels and thats only because hotwheels collectors steadily buy em not to mention cheap for kids as well

they're deemed collectibles so end up in electronics and 9 times out of 10 they sit there until they're marked down, stole or go on clearance.
my store we've had an 5 or 6 budget figuarts gokus shitting on the shelves for months now and a nearby store has the same issue with a pile of figuarts Luffys

Also toys is treated as the red headed stepchild department 10 months out of the year and every christmas less and less fucks are given as kids no longer want toys nor parents can afford some of this bullshit.

Only time we have good toy sales is when clearance is happening and unless you know when the pricedrops are happening you'll probably miss it.
FYI: Legos, Lego endcap, and the mini stuff is resetting this week but good luck trying to find anything.
