Moon Wheelies(heh) were archaic visions, created by Phanes and the Moon Sisters and handed over to the humans who followed the latter. Apparently they were able to communicate with the Moon Sisters through them. Moon Wheels were also said to be purer than normal visions. Source: Ineffa's profile.
The current visions we see are from after Nibelung bodied Phanes and deeply wounded them, forcing Phanes to chop chop the 3rd Descender to create the gnoses with the help of the Second Who Came(Neuv's profile). iirc lorefags were saying a Nod-krai book confirmed the 3rd Descender was a random dude who made a deal with the 1st Cryo Archon to bring him to Celestia. But when he got to Celestia...Yeah, he got chopped chopped. So this book apparently confirmed Nibelung isn't a Descender. I haven't read it yet though.

I love Aigis, but Ineffa didn't appeal enough to me despite having similar aspects to her. I really enjoyed her quest, but not enough to roll her, I ended up going for Citlali instead. But maybe Ineffa'll become more popular once we get to see more of her in 6.0 as she interacts with Aino properly and so on.

I rolled her for Kinich and luckshitted her C2. It's not that I dislike her, I just find her too bland. Himeko's fear of dying in HI3 made her arc more impacting to me. Mavuika just bottles up her feelings and the writers refuse to show her vulnerabilities. Her relationships with other characters also feel shallow, but there was no intention to ever remove this gap. Even her connection with Tabibito lacks chemistry.
