Asa is a good person. Denji is fecal matter.
The entire point of Part 2 is to portray the contrast between Denji and Asa. Asa is flawed and retarded, but if her family member died she'd never get over it for the rest of her life, and she'd never try to replace that family member with a new one to take their place, be it a husband, lover, mother or child. For her they're irreplaceable and she'll mourn their loss for the rest of her life, or she'll look for a way to bring them back from the dead if such a power were to exist (and it does in CSM).
Denji is the opposite of all of that. He mourns the loss of a loved one for literally 10 seconds, and after 15 minutes he's already over it and planning how to replace them with a new one. He did that with Powy, forgot and replaced her with 10 girls and with Nayuta, and he did it with Nayuta later on, replaced her with Yoru and a plan of a new family member in the future. Even when there's ways to bring his dead loved ones back because they reincarnate, he'd rather tongue Yoshida's asshole and go chase schoolgirl pussy than look for the second incarnation of Blood devil.
