Really though the whole Boon system wouldn't make sense unless you made them come from like Virtues (lame and missing the point) or Saints (probably blasphemous and also boring characters because they're righteous Saints and not deeply flawed Greek gods)
It's just not going to work if you strictly adhere to Christian dogma. But maybe you could do something in an Apocalyptic setting and have an SMT-tier take on Christian theology where you seek the intercession of the Archangels and the Heralds of the Apocalypse
