Iron Will needs you to be BROCKED and is only early race. Race Planner? Potential skill only for certain horses. Sleeping Lion? Taishin only. Unique stamina restores? Good but also limited, and the inherited versions are only as good as basic white skills.
So no, shit is good for the same reason Maestro is good. It's just a no-bullshit gold restore.
