Most devils are fairly chaotic evil psychopathic violent monsters, they are not going to feel guilt for things they destroy, even more rational devils like Makima, Power, Angel ect. Don't really exhibit any signs of guilt outside of rare instances like Angel and Power. Yoru seems to be up till this point cut from the same cloth. She has no compunctions about cold blooded murder and we have not seen much to indicate those acts would make her feel particularly bad afterwards. So what gives? Is she preemptively nerfed by her own power and nature of being a fairly sociopathic devil? With 117 we see her using feeling that were not hers to fuel her power, and she explicitly states that those are not her emotions, they came from Asa. When she first arrives after the spear is formed she says
>"The guilt of ruining an aquarium. hmm? You really feel guilty over that? That's just like you, Asa."
and when she comes in at the end of the chapter, she says
>"I can't believe I'd feel any affection for this punk. It's only possible because is share your brain."
both of those statements show that Yoru would feel nothing for the destroying the aquarium, and the spear would have been a weak weapon as a result, and the same goes for the potential of the Denji sword. She frankly needs Asa or any relatively empathetic human to feel the guilt for her in these instances otherwise she could not even begin to make make powerful weapons for herself.
So either Yoru has more powers or ways to bypass this limitation possibly lost in her fight against Pochita before, hidden depths we have not yet explored where she does feel real and significant guilt, or she has a need for Asa more than she is willing to admit outright with out here she is almost powerless.
