Since when did this guy do a head stroking thingie???? @_@ i don't remember it being his thing ever in the Questions Arc... maybe he did it 1 or 2 times but it was never a trait of his to do so to the level to be on the same plains with Satoshi... but now? he is just spamming it... as if R07 is forcing him to act like Satoshi more in this chapter... or he retconned this and added it to his traits in the Answers Arc?... whatever it is... bad writing R07...
