The more I think about it the more I agree. I haven't played hots in a minute but Samuro in qp has easily been the most cancerous shit in the entire game (aside from 5 stacks premade to wombo combo)

Valeera or Nova at their strongest were never even close to Samuro in the hands of a half-decent player today, No counterplay at all for 80% of the characters. His retarded cup and ball game gimmick isn't even a thing, because choosing "right" doesn't actually reward you - he just teleports and vanishes and runs away. The fact that they are nerfing Dehaka and not Samuro is obvious favoritism. FUCK fucking Samuro, after these xp changes it's going to be unplayable against pushfag samuros.
