Most of them really, it's much harder to find a Chinese cultivation game like ACS than it is to find one not like it.
I'm assuming you specifically want more of "solo hero going through the jianghu" rather than this being a specific complaint about the artstyle and you do want a sect builder as long as it doesn't look and feel like Rimworld.
You could give Tale of Immortal a try like anon said, or something like Hero's Adventure:Road to Passion or Warm Snow. There's a list I should probably copy but because of the way it's been made I'd have to individually stitch together a ton of screenshots, I'd also have to join a specific Discord server to grab it and I've time for neither right now.
