Ukies don't have the word for sense. They use the English word because sense is an unknown concept to them.

For some reason, only Israel and Russia have bloggers who ask random people in street provocative questions and upload the videos on YouTube. You never see western bloggers asking people in the street about brown and black immigration or Ukrainian nazis, for example.
