I rolled for her and her LC but i don't know how to build her. I don't have Phainon and Anaxa so i'm planning to use her with Herta or Archer.
What stats should i prioritise? Full ATK with 134 SPD? So ATK boots.
Also hot damn i like her but fucking hell man 6 charges for repeat skill is too slow.
