everybody ITT is missing the forest for the trees. it's not about fast movement. bhopping is GOOD because first of all, it has acceleration time and secondly it doesn't warp your hitbox at all.
COD movement is bad because it doesn't have any acceleration time, you're just instantly teleporting across the map at full speed and it warps your hitbox because you're spamming slides
