It reminds me of how World of Warcraft had these really shitty Internet ads for that Dragonflight expansion. Not only did it comes across as some butthurt Blizzard intern mocking their audience while fantasizing as being whatever the dragon version of a furry is, but it also had the effect of basically advertising to potential customers very real criticisms people had with the game.
Oh what's that people think the new WoW expansion looks bad? Well their social media acting like a snarky dragonfag mocking their audience instead of actually addressing these issues sure convinced me to buy the game!
