i went to manila in the philippines recently and they've banned smoking everywhere and not even had the manners to place smoking areas anywhere like singapore has.
its ridiculous and ass backwards. sure its fine to live in shanty towns and eat chicken from the trash but god forbid a gentleman should enjoy a relaxing chiroot outdoors.
