For art, people can recognize good art usually, altough this varies and not literally everyone has a good eye for it. Music sort of similar. The worst part is ideas and asking what AI what to make because of the trained nature it'll just give you the most common on what is was generated on, this basically means that it has heavy tunnel vision so unless you're a good at steering with some previous experience you'll make mediocre or bad results.
