Already, 70% of the IDF rescue forces, like medics and medic support soldiers, are females. But even then they're generally not actually sent out to rescue injured IDF soldiers in Gaza. That duty mostly goes to the 30% of them that are males.
But the rescue forces are getting blasted now, by Hamas, who now stick around after the initial attacks on tanks and soldiers, so that they can take more shots at the rescue forces.
This is a pretty new tactic by Hamas & Friends, because they know that these rescue forces are about to be mostly all-female squads, lol.
