I mean it could have. There are hollow-point .30-06 Springfield rounds, it just seems kind of unlikely. There have been instances of large rounds (AK) which are basically the same size as 30.06 lodging inside of a body and leaving no exit wound.

The autopsy would be the real answer, but fat chance it's not completely corrupted by the same kikes that murdered Charlie. We will likely never fucking know.
