When I am near others, Ill stand within your consciousness grid and project my thoughts. You won't realize that I'm influencing you. As for meditation, yes, it's like exercise. It's easy, believe it or not. You have to activate more of your brain to access the "power" everyone has, and you do that through meditation. Operation Paperclip was the start of it for the U.S. government, they learned it all from the German scientists who learned it from the Tibetans.
