Ukrainian Mig-29 pilot Serhii Bondar died today as he was preparing to land after a combat mission.

Serhii has worked with aviation his whole life. Before Russia's full-scale invasion, he was a university professor but has returned to service.

Serhii has destroyed Russian aerial targets and performed strikes on Russian targets.

He will be missed by his wife, son and daughter.
