Hey, retard. PS cannot create an erasure weapon, only Asa/Yoru can. Also to get Pochita Denji's contract needs to be broken. Yoshida's words "my role is a switch" relate to Yoru's powers and sense of agency in an attack in order for her to feel like she owned a situation and she can weaponize the victim now. Those words have nothing to do with how PS operates.
