Yesterday I bought membership again for the first time since end of 2022. I bought it signing into Jagex with the email I had used back then for my main that was created in RS2 (so uses old username). Logged with their client and had no membership. I check everything and it looks like the membership has been credited to a unnamed, uncreated account. Now I linked my main and it still doesn't have membership. Fuck me in the ass. Can this be fixed? Fuck Jagex for making this new "Jagex Account" confusing for people who had existing accounts returning to the game.
