This is just my opinion so far, but Rocks’s biggest flaw seems to be that he views his crewmates as expendable and just a stepping stone for his grand plan. He doesn’t even mind much that they’re always killing each other and thus vice-versa they don’t really care for him. This kind of characterisation is a big no no for Oda.
Harald was Rocks’s only friend.
