She's also been deployed to Kuwait, an undeclared country in Africa, and a few other countries. Her roles are usually doing something like medicine or paperwork behind the frontlines. Supposedly, the mission in Africa was such a closely guarded state secret that its details cannot be revealed to the public, including where it occurred, but it was most likely Somalia. She commanded an entire battalion there.
