Yeah anime hast stuff like Cowboy Bebop Mushishi Ghost in the shell Patlabor Gosenzosama etc 90% of every medium is shit but in terms of much interesting diverse series that cover a variety of niches and topics you'll find way more of them in anime than cartoons(even for ln adaptations slayers and katanagatari were pretty good) so i find these complaints pretty stupid
