I live in a dorm and eat the food my university serves. Of course they have meat but the portions are small, youll often seen the beefiest boys in the dining halls grab like 4 plates. The highest protein dish i can get is self serve scrambled eggs and yogurt.
on monday the highest protein dish will be orange chicken with 22g at 400cal, the leanest is chicken breast at 17g for 133cal (the entire dish it served alongside is about 300cal total)
