Robin is so unbelievably cute when you stop and realize she actually has incredibly childish thoughts a lot, she's not actually all that different from Luffy on the inside. She didn't get to have a proper childhood and grew up pretty traumatized but she didn't cope over it or become cripplingly depressed, she simply let her childish thoughts carry on into growing up as we see when she imagines things like cats upon seeing Kuma's hands or Zoro as a boat at Punk Hazard.

In other words, she'd genuinely be the best mother someone could wish for in the world of One Piece. She's just a cute 30 year old hag who still hasn't totally grown up yet so she would treat her child so well and make them as happy as possible. She deserves to get impregnated and given a family and it's a crime that she hasn't been granted the joy of motherhood yet.
