Law and Killer both lost horribly in egghead, Law mostly because his crew is full of fodder shitters, Kidd was more helpless himself, but his crew certainly didn't help and basically took him out of the running for Laughtale. Luffy's crew faired way better but there were definitely times where they were liabilities.

The further we get to end-game, the more contrived it seems that the SHs make it without so much as basic bitch armament haki. Especially with the introduction of villains that require a special type of haki to fully incapacitate that only one other member has. And those guys aren't even the strongest foes they have to face.
