You are seriously underestimating Stolas, probably because of negative bias. Goetia's healing factor is way stronger than Sinners'. The only reason Striker was able to kidnap and hurt Stolas is because he caught him off guard with blessed rope that strips him of his powers.

The only way I see Adrian winning and not getting turned into Stone is him using the Displacer Cannon and sending Stolas to Xen without his Grimoire.
