I worked at the hotel across the street from Harbor Lights in downtown Minneapolis years ago and had to deal with his dumb fuck-ass regularly.

At that hotel alone George came over every morning to steal. One time the gay security guard, Mark, went out to tell him to never come back. George beat Mark so bad that when I got to work, they were just transporting him to HCMC and Mark was unrecognizable.
George's MO was victimizing small women. Another time in the middle of winter he punched a woman in the head just off Nicollet Mall hard enough that it broke her orbit and put her in a coma.
Then he robbed her.
She was in an actual coma for months. Had a family with small kids. He got arrested for that move in our parking lot.
