Every single leftist will ruin theirs because work to keep it clean is beneath them, they will do drugs because their indie band and craft beer sales are not elevating them over others. They will then start to look for foreign or adversarial concepts that make them appear better than others, and then the complaints about how things are, i.e. weaponized kvetch will kick in and they will sow discord on behalf, certainly unknowingly because they are idiots, of their countries economic and adversarial rivals. Eventually, the buildings will be dens of vice and any attempt of law and policing will be complained about, the value will go down, even if not monetary-- people of higher morals and IQ will not want to share a space with leftists and those they champion, like for public transit. So, the buildings eventually become havens for identity, a gay building, or an islamic family coven or whatever. Leftists ruin things, because they are angry at their low station at birth and work ethic and they blame everyone except themselves. Give a rapist a rape doll, they will still rape humans. Same thing. Only beatings will help.
