1. Prohibit social parasitism; mandate that Russian males contribute to the workforce or military. Ban "useless industries" which harm societal efficiency, including abortion.
2. Mandate inspection of all packages, coffins, and bodybags to prevent the smuggling of contraband.
3. Launch program to rehire civilian professionals with skills that could be useful on the frontline; employ contractors of private companies.
4. Demand, in peace talks, that all oblasts of the Ukraine be permitted to hold referenda subject to joint US-Russia observation on accession to the Russian Federation.
5. Convince US to covertly or overtly sign another mineral deal, this time with Russia, by outbidding the hohols. Then implement THD.
6. Launch a law enforcement campaign intended to mass incarcerate drug users and drug dealers for deployment.

Establish All-Russian Patriotic Wargames Union on the basis of the Shooting Union of Russia, creating new sports for recreational WWII tank use etc. and guaranteeing all girls and boys can play the prestigious sport of Sensha-dō by 15 and have the option of joining a Sensha-dō club as early as 12. Ensure that all Russian boys can operate a firearm by 8.
