Browns are a test and a mechanism in human civilizational evolution. When a once great civilization grows old, weak, complacent, browns start moving in. From here there are two outcomes, it either said civilization regains its vigor and expells the browns, or it succumbs, becomes brown itself and becomes part of the brown test for future civilizations. You may hate browns for many valid reasons, but ultimately, browns are a mere symptom.
