They can't.
The Occupied Territories Bill is pretty tame. It only affects goods exported from the occupied territories, which means really on the West Bank. And only if those goods are being exported to Ireland. I doubt this affects more than a handful of fruit companies. And the policy is in keeping with the US official position that yes, the West Bank is occupied territory.

But in time bills like this could prevent the expansion of lucrative Israeli high tech firms or data-centers onto the cheap stolen land in the West Bank. Especially for software products that get exported through Ireland for tax purposes.

But I don't give a fuck. Go ahead and sanction our asses if you want to. I'm sick of being part of a "civilization" that will deliberately starve 2 million+ people to death 5 minutes away from food trucks that could save them.
