People seem to be arguing if it was scripted or all natural but I think the truth is in the middle.
Id be willing to bet they agreed prior that Sam wanted and intended to do some unorthodox publicity shit like flipping a table. And that Harland would provide the reasoning but Sam didn't know what it would be, and it ended up hitting a little too close to home.
